Nice! I love the wing pattern on this one. Where did you see all these shorebirds? On another note, do you always see that many killdeer in fall? Holy catz! They seem to be popping up all over in your pics!

I saw them in Westmoreland County at Donegal Lake, Southwestern Pennsylvania. No, not really, these are rare for so late in the season.

I wish we had a good shorebird area nearer here--the local lakes are so small, and so out of the normal flyways, that we rarely get anything more than a spotted sandpiper, a few ducks, some geese and the occasional swan...
