A mix seed is ground fed at the brush pile, year round. Also, grape jelly and raisins. Sunflower feeder, thistle socks and suet are late fall thru early spring. 3 Hummingbird feeders are March through early December.

Peggy, first you must be sure that you're signed in. Then you can choose "quick reply" or "reply". Reply gives you more options, like font, alignment, emoticons, etc. Then, at bottom right, click on "create post".

A hillside near Lake Guntersville, mostly rocky with mixed woods on 3 sides, lots of shrubs, weeds, & moss, but very little grass.
I feed year-round: BOSS, millet, safflower, nut/fruit mix, assorted types of suet, and dried mealworms; nectar for ruby-throated hummers in season, and have three birdbaths, one heated.

And if you want to quote a specific post, click on the "Quote" box to the right of that post and then type your response below the box the quote is in. Or, HRM found that you can highlight any part of a post and you get a little box that comes up that says "quick quote", click on that and you get the same response box.
