Red-eyed vireos--is anyone seeing/hearing them?

I'm noticing a dirth of Red-eyed vireos this spring.  I've heard only one singing here this year and one singing at another site a week or so earlier.  Usually they're singing up a storm all day by this time in May...but this year, nothing.  We're in west central WI.

Is anyone else seeing any?
