Thank you, Downylover. Hope you had a great Thanksgiving, too. I must make it more of a point to access the forum. I'm now swarming with House Sparrows. Never had them before Sandy. But I shouldn't complain. They are birds, too.

Thank you, it was lovely! I hope you and everyone else on board had a wonderful holiday. We finally finished our leftovers yesterday--it's my favorite part of the meal, those leftovers!

It was like watching Kennedy airport. in out in out. in one side out the other don't stay to look or you get the boot. then I came back home on the tuesday after and it was like, what birds? I just put in a count. Ginny H.

Hazel, I though we would never get to the end. Amy had gotten a bird from VT with a food service she uses. Farm to table. It looked like it had to little breast so i picked up and made a breast. Once al started cutting that bird it had plenty. Courtney made a nice stock and I made extra stuffing. It was good. We were tankful she was home and the report was good. No cancer found on tuesdays report last week. Home we came. 11 days was a long time. The bird watching was good when we got to sit and watch. It gets dark so early but then finn is up at 6:30. I am not used to seeing morning birds. lol I could not keep the feeders full. Then at home not even the nuts in shell were gone the next day. I hope it picks up. We even moved some of the pole to an area i can see them better. I hope all had a nice safe thanksgiving. Ginny H.
