Yes, I am a year behind in my editing. But I did come across a few bird pictures from March of 2017...most raptors of one sort or another. A little Merlin swept in and landed in one of the oaks. It's a little far away, but it's almost the first time I've ever seen one perching. Usually, they're chasing prey or just whipping through the area, panicking all the little birds: Next up is a Red-shouldered hawk circling high overhead. I was getting dizzy watching it circle...almost fell over! LOL
And, last of the raptor shots, a Barred owl in an oak adjacent to a pine plantation. It had taken refuge there from some sassy crows and Blue jays:

And one non-raptor--an American tree sparrow from early March of last year:
Pretty pathetic, eh? Just 4! heheh I have tons of shots of the dogs and cat, though. Maybe I'll find more birds in April 2017, but so far, that file has been almost all dogs and cat, too. In my defense, since the Pack started crossing to the Bridge, I've been focusing more on documenting walks and play times than taking shots of birds... Memories.
